Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Call Center Representative for our customer in Elizabethtown, PA!  Hours M-F 8-5 and occasional Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities of the Call Center / CSR include:

  • Answering customer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Taking customer orders over the phone and entering them into the computer system accurately 
  • Assisting customers with order selections, order updates and shipment status information
  • Assisting with special projects

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Call Center / CSR include:

  • HS Diploma required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, call center experience preferred
  • Ability to type 35+ words per minute
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
