We are seeking a Business Assistant for a full time position in a professional office setting.
The Business Assistant will be responsible for supporting the office staff, processing payments and providing an excellent customer service experience to all clients.
- Process payments
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Answer phones
- Greet guests
- Type correspondence
- other clerical duties as assigned
This is a full time, 1st shift position.
The Business Assistant MUST meet the following requirements:
- 2+ years of professional office experience
- 2+ years of accounting experience to include A/R and A/P
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Ability to type 45+ words per minute
- Customer service oriented attitude
- The ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- 2+ years of Experience working with accounting software
