Job Description

Full-time experienced Bookkeeper needed in Lancaster, PA!   This is a great full-time, on-site position career opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.  Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and a team-player attitude are required. 

Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper include:

  • A/P Duties
  • A/R Duties
  • Payroll Duties
  • Tracking invoices
  • Maintaining all financial records
  • Preparing monthly financial reports and statements
  • Journal entries
  • Monthly reconciliations
  • Entering receipts
  • Data Entry
  • Other office related duties as needed

Job Requirements

The Bookkeeper must meet the following requirements:

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • 2+ years of experience performing A/P, A/R and payroll functions
  • The bookkeeper must have strong knowledge of MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks
