Description:

  • Collaborate with the billing team to review and submit billing, audit ledger accounts, create journal entries, and record transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily customer billing.
  • Record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Ensure transactions are recorded in the correct accounts.
  • Enter data, maintain records, and generate reports and financial statements.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Ability to calculate, post, and manage financial records.
  • Proficient in data entry and numbers.
  • Experience with Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the transportation industry and payroll is a plus.
