We are seeking a Bank Teller with Bilingual  and  Credit Union Experience and Amazing Customer Service Skills to join our team!

This role requires an individual who is organized, efficient, and customer-focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  Bank Teller Job Description:  

  • Handle inquiries, open accounts, assist with service requests, help with loan applications, cross-sell services, and educate members.
  • Order checkbooks and assist with ATM PIN changes.
  • Prepare and balance drawer, process transactions, and verify funds and endorsements.
  • Lock drawer and vault, report large cash deposits.
  • Research discrepancies and file daily work.

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the Bilingual Bank Teller:

  • Bank Teller or Credit Union Member Services experience  required. 
  •  A minimum of 2 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products and ability to learn custom software 
  • Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish (Verbal and Written) 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
