Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunities in York, for experienced Administrative Assistants!  These Administrative Assistants positions are Full time openings, and a chance to be a part of a great organization! Benefits available!

Responsibilities for the Clerical Associates include:

  • Performs a large variety of clerical and administrative support
  • Performs work in support of management
  • Ensure timely completion of work and resolves most of the conflicts that arise.
  • Typing documents
  • Posting payments
  • Data entry
  • Answering phones

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the Clerical Associates include:

  • Ability to compose correspondence
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations such as the adding and subtracting of whole numbers and decimals
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • The Clerical Associate must have strong organizational skills
  • Ability to make decisions on the basis of well-defined standards
  • Ability to operate office and mail processing machines such as the adding machine, photocopier, and postage meter.
  • MUST pass a series of pre employment screenings
