Administrative Assistants needed for our client in Eastern Lancaster! These are full-time, contract-to-hire opportunities!
Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistants include:
- Answer phone calls, being the gate keeper of general information for the department.
- Answer general customer questions at the front desk.
- Input data within various software programs.
- Post payments
- Administrative Assistants are expected to provide additional clerical support as needed.
- Run reports
- Post daily cash receipts
- Provide backup support to Billing Administrative Assistant.
