Job Title: Accounting Support
Job Summary: The Accounting / Bookkeeping Support plays a crucial role in facilitating payroll and HR operations within the company.

Accounting Support Key Responsibilities:
- Support payroll process and time keeping
- Audit employee paperwork and update employee data
- Cross-train in timecard entry and maintain employee attendance records
- Perform data entry tasks using Excel and other software for tracking purposes
- Cross-train for AP/AR and electronic deposits
- Assist in insurance and benefit tracking, preparation, and documentation
- Support Bookkeeping functions based on need and experience
- Additional functions as assigned
Accounting Support Requirements:
- Prior experience in HR, Accounting / Payroll preparation, or Accounts Receivable/Payable is helpful
- Prior Bookkeeping Experience helpful
- Strong numerical aptitude, detail oriented and excellent data entry skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple third-party vendor sites to retrieve and input data
- Reliable and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to adapt and support diverse departmental needs
