Job Description

Experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist needed to ensure smooth financial operations by managing cash influx and client payments. We seek a skilled financial specialist to process, track, and record payments accurately and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

  • Reconcile payments and customer accounts.
  • Communicate discrepancies and identify slow-paying customers.
  • Strengthen client relationships by addressing past-due accounts.
  • Identify areas for process improvement.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with financial regulations.
  • Verify invoices and maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records.
  • Perform daily cash management duties.
  • Monitor and collect accounts receivable.
  • The Accounts Receivable Specialist will prepare analytical reports on collection efforts.
  • Provide backup support to the other departments as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • 2+ years of A/R experience
  • Basic understanding of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Bachelors degree preferred
