We are seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk for an on-site position in Lancaster, PA!

The Accounting Clerk responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and document customer payments and transactions.
- Operate the Cash Application payment platform.
- Maintain and update customer files, including changes in names, addresses, mergers, or mailing attentions.
- Prepare reports on the current status of customer accounts as required.
- Address and resolve customer discrepancies and past-due amounts in coordination with Credit Managers and other staff.
- Work with Credit Managers to periodically reconcile accounts receivable.
- Assist Accounting and Treasury Managers with monthly account reconciliations.
- Manage the copying, filing, and retrieval of materials for accounts receivable as necessary.
- Communicate changes in information to relevant employees.
