Job Description

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for the following:

  • Data Entry stems.
  • Prepare correspondence 
  • Handle a variety of daily mail.
  • Manage unclaimed checks and refund check printing as necessary.
  • Prepare bank deposits.
  • Process payments 
  • Customer service 
  • Balance and reconcile real estate accounts.

The Accounting Clerk must meet the following criteria:

  • Accurate data entry and typing skills
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Trustworthy 
  • Team Player
