Job Description

We have a fantastic full time opportunity available for an experience Accounting Clerk!  This position is located in Lancaster, PA.

Accounting Clerk Responsibilities include:

  • Create and send invoices
  • AP / AR  Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable 
  • Ensure all customer information is up to date
  • Track payment status
  • Be a liaison with shipping, to make sure orders are dispatched timely
  • Respond to customer questions
  • Other duties as needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the Accounting Clerk include:

  • 5+ years' experience invoicing using QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop (Manufacturing and Wholesale)
  • MUST have experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop (Manufacturing and Wholesale)
  • Excellent math skills
  • Understanding of general accounting practices
  • High degree of organization
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
