We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced part-time Full-Service Bookkeeper to join our Lancaster client's team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, experience with Sage 100 accounting software (preferred), and familiarity with contracting industries such as water treatment, plumbing, or HVAC. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity!

Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper include:
- Invoicing and Billing: Generate and manage invoices to ensure accuracy and timely distribution to clients.
- Accounts Receivable and Payable: Track and process incoming payments and outgoing expenses, ensuring accurate records and timely processing.
- Financial Posting: Post transactions and maintain accurate records for monthly financial statements.
- State Tax Payments: Prepare and process state tax payments in compliance with deadlines.
- Remote Bank Deposits: Handle remote deposits to ensure secure and accurate transactions.
- Spreadsheet Management: Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Employee Payroll: Submit bi-weekly payroll information accurately and on time.
- Records Management: Maintain and file physical and digital records, ensuring easy access and organization.
- Administrative Support: Occasionally assist with answering phones and other general office duties as needed.
