Recruiter Responsibilities Include:

  • Posting positions online
  • Screening applicants, both professional and industrial
  • Interview applicants
  • On boarding
  • HEAVY PHONE CALLS

Job Requirements

Recruiter Qualifications include:

  • Previous recruiting for both manufacturing and professional positions
  • 1-3 years experience in a Recruiter role (manufacturing and professional)
  • Associates degree or above preferred
  • The Recruiter Must successfully pass a series of pre-employment screenings
