Job Description

Entry Level Administrative Assistant and General Clerical 

Highlights about the job! 

  • Entry level - add to your resume
  • Full-time M-F /  40 hours per week 
  • 7 AM  -4 PM 
  • Team environment 
  • Greenfield area - parking available. 

Responsibilities:

  • Opening mail 
  • Organize and scan documents
  • Print documents as needed
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Occasionally move mail bins of documents (up to 35 lbs) throughout the office
  • Other office clerical tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1+ office clerical experience
  • Ability to type 30+ words per minute
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to submit to a criminal background check
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • GED / HS Diploma
