We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist for our branch in York, PA! The Recruitment Specialist MUST be results driven and ambitious!
Responsibilities for the Recruitment Specialist are:
- Customer service, recruiting, interviewing, managing workforce, and some inside sales functions to generate new business
- Must have understanding and basic experience with general business practices, positions such as light industrial, skilled trades as well as some accounting support, administrative
- Must be proficient with current computer software packages
- Work with clients & employees, order taking, telemarketing, basic sales activities
- Recruit, interview & counsel flexible employees
The Recruitment Specialist MUST meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years office experience. Degree and/or recruiting and/or interviewing and/or college admissions experience required.
