Our client in York is seeking Office Assistant for their busy office!
The Office Assistant will be responsible for:
- Providing general office support
- Answering customer questions and concerns
- Filing, faxing, photocopying, emailing etc
- Other office duties as assigned
This is a long-term, temporary position.
The Office Assistant requirements include:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ years of previous office experience
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office - especially MS Word and MS Excel
- Professional phone etiquette
