We are seeking a part-time Office Assistant for our team in New Holland!

The Office Assistant responsibilities include:

  • Day to day office tasks such as – telephone reception, maintaining supplies, data entry, customer service (phone, email, orders etc.), filing, faxing, photocopying etc
  • Developing spreadsheets for inventory, and checking in inventory as it arrives
  • Accurate data entry into company accounting software
  • Managing and maintaining special projects as directed
  • Assisting with timely packaging and outbound shipping of boxes (2-4lbs.)
  • Other related duties as assigned

Pay is $13-$14 / Hour. This is a part-time opportunity. 

The Office Assistant requirements include:

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong and stable work history A MUST
  • 2+ years related work experience
  • Previous experience working in QuickBooks, PeachTree, Sage50 or MAS 90 a plus
  • Strong phone manners and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills – especially MS Excel and MS Word
