Inside Sales Representative
Our client in Lancaster is searching for Inside Sales Representatives for it's corporate office! This is a fulltime, temp-to-permanent opportunity!

This Position requires the ability to:• Use computer, telephone, and other office equipment• Both talk and type while communications with a customer• Collaborate as part of a team and work with others in person and over the phone• Sit for extended periods of time, up to 10 hrs./day• Lift up to 30 pounds.
Answer, assist, and direct all incoming calls, correspondence and night messages.• Open customer accounts by recording account information into system• Assist customers with product and purchase decisions• Process all orders by phone, web, email and fax• Print and enter email orders, create hot replacement tickets• Provide pricing and delivery options.• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and following up with resolutions.• Understand upselling and cross-selling opportunities on calls• Respond to customer concerns and complaints• Follow up on customer issues not immediately addressed. • Log all transactions and maintain customer database, contact info, emails, tax ID’s and files• Process requests for info, catalogs, samples and proactive mailings and thank you’s.• Attend meetings and training.• Special projects that could include customer clean up, order cleanup and under $50 campaigns, non-existent emails, etc.• Other responsibilities as requested by manager.
