Our client in Lititz is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to add to their growing company!
The Customer Service Manager responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls, outbound calls, dispatch, maintenance agreements and service billing
- Promoting company wide sales, managing the scheduling and renewing residential and commercial maintenance agreements
- Posting and analyzing daily labor reports for residential and commercial service technicians
- Overseeing the maintenance agreement database information
- Other related duties as necessary

The Customer Service Manager requirements include:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of related experience in customer service /training
- Background in basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technical knowledge helpful
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
