Our client in Lititz is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to add to their growing company! 

The Customer Service Manager responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound calls, outbound calls, dispatch, maintenance agreements and service billing
  • Promoting company wide sales, managing the scheduling and renewing residential and commercial maintenance agreements
  • Posting and analyzing daily labor reports for residential and commercial service technicians
  • Overseeing the maintenance agreement database information
  • Other related duties as necessary

This is a full-time opportunity. Medical benefits included. 

The Customer Service Manager requirements include:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of related experience in customer service /training
  • Background in basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technical knowledge helpful
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
