Our client in Lancaster is seeking Administrative Assistant for their busy office!
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Answering phones and transferring calls
- Creating basic excel spreadsheets for data entry
- Using company systems to generate receipts
- Filing, faxing, photocopying, mailing etc
- Other office duties as assigned
This is a full-time opportunity.
The Administrative Assistant Requirements include:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ years experience working in an office environment
- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
- Professional appearance and demeanor
