Production Associate –Computer Skills Required 

We are seeking motivated and dependable Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid 3–5 years of consistent work history, computer skills, and proven reliability.

Production - Associate Job Description

As a Production Associate, you’ll support daily manufacturing and production tasks, including:

  • Following instructions and work orders to complete projects
  • Using computer-based programs to track and process jobs
  • Preparing, finishing, and checking products for quality
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Working with supervisors and team members to meet goals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus)
  • 3–5 years of solid work history showing reliability
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Computer skills, Adobe or other software experience helpful
  • Physically able to stand, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must pass pre-employment screening (drug test & background check)
