Temporary Accounting Assistant
We are seeking a temporary Accounting Assistant for our client in Lancaster, PA!
The temporary Accounting Assistant responsibilities are as follows:
- Opening, sorting and scanning tax forms
- Running morning reports and processing credit references
- Assisting with payment processing
- Filing, faxing, shredding documents etc.
- Other related duties as assigned
This is a temporary, part time position.
The temporary Accounting Assistant requirements include:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ years experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable
- Proficiently in MS Office - especially MS Excel
- Ability to learn the computer systems
