Senior Customer Service Representative
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative for our client in Lancaster, PA!
The Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for:
- Entering Customer orders and providing status and tracking updates as needed
- Processing and managing customer questions and requests
- Managing and growing accounts by cross selling and upselling
- Visiting customer locations once per quarter
- Working closely with Engineering to improve products
- Other related duties as assigned
This is a direct hire opportunity.
The Senior Customer Service Representative requirements include:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- 4 Year Degree required
- 2+ years of related experience
- Current Driver's license with clean driving record
- Must possess strong attention to detail, customer service skills and professionalism
- Intermediate computer skills with experience in MS Office
