Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sanitation Supervisor for our client in Lancaster!  This is a permanent placement opportunity!

Sanitation Supervisor Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise both 1st and 2nd shift staff of sanitation employees
  • Must be flexible for working either shift as needed  
  • Conduct preventative maintenance
  • Monitor sanitation program, and adjust SOP's and check lists as needed
  • Sanitation functions as needed
  • Conduct daily team meetings
  • Perform accident investigations

 

Job Requirements

Sanitation Supervisor Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of supervisory experience
  • Effective time management
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Critical thinker
  • Process-oriented
  • Hands on Sanitation experience required 
  • Must pass a series of pre-employment background screenings
