We have an opening for an experienced Recruiter/Sales Executive for an office in York!

Recruiter/Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
  • On-board and train new employees
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
  • Accurately maintain employee files
  • Make outbound cold calls and warm calls
  • Outside sales visits and business development

 

 

Job Requirements

Recruiter/Sales Executive Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish) required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Sales oriented individual must have 1+ years of sales or recruitment or industry related experience
  • Valid Drivers license 
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees and clients
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MUST successfully pass a series of pre-employment screenings
