We are currently seeking a Receptionist / Move Coordinator for our client in Mount Joy, PA!
The Receptionist will be responsible for:
- Scheduling times for estimators and potential clients
- Working through move details
- Planning the packing and crating items
- Taking customer calls
- General Office duties as assigned
This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity.
The Receptionist / Move Coordinator requirements include:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience (retail experience helpful)
- Professional phone etiquette
- Detail oriented, computer savvy and customer service oriented manner
