We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to support our team!

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely tracking of materials
  • Inventory control
  • Coordinating deliveries
  • Manage shipping and receiving processes
  • Keep production on schedule by facilitating communication between suppliers, project managers, and shop teams

Qualifications for the Project Manager Assistant include:

  • Fabrication background helpful
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Computer knowledge a MUST
  • Must agree to a series of background screenings
  • HS diploma
