Highlights for the Office Support Clerk 

  • Entry Level 
  • Gain Experience in an office environment 
  • York City location 
  • Monday-Friday 8:00 to 4:30

The Office Support Clerk will perform the following duties:

  • Answering phones and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner 
  • Customer service support to walk-in traffic 
  • Filing documents in alphabetical order
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Accurately typing data into MS Excel spreadsheets
  • Scanning documents and updating files

Job Requirements

The Office Support Clerk must meet the following requirements:

  • Basic office experience or retail experience 
  • Great customer service 
  • Data Entry and basic computer knowledge 
  • HS Diploma
  • Willingness to submit to a criminal background check
