Front Office Assistant
Our client in Lancaster is seeking a Front Office Assistant to join their team!
The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for:
- Greeting guests and answering phones
- Inputting online orders, filing invoices and entering new product.
- Tracking and mapping sales
- Working on promotional emails and flyers
- Other related duties as assigned
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
The Front Office Assistant requirements include:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years related experience
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office - especially Word & Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
