Customer Service Supervisor
Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for their fast-paced company in Denver, PA!
The Customer Service Supervisor responsibilities are as follows:
- Servicing established customer accounts
- Answering customer questions or concerns
- Handling escalated calls/issues
- Working with electronic and emailed orders
- Supervising 4 customer Service Representatives in the department
- Training new Customer Service Representatives
- Basic clerical and data entry tasks as assigned
This is a full time, Direct Hire opportunity. Hours may vary from 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.
The Customer Service Supervisor requirements are as follows:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding Customer Service required
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task
- Must possess great leadership and customer service skills
- Must possess good computer skills
