Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for their fast-paced company in Denver, PA!

The Customer Service Supervisor responsibilities are as follows:

  • Servicing established customer accounts
  • Answering customer questions or concerns
  • Handling escalated calls/issues
  • Working with electronic and emailed orders
  • Supervising 4 customer Service Representatives in the department
  • Training new Customer Service Representatives
  • Basic clerical and data entry tasks as assigned

This is a full time, Direct Hire opportunity. Hours may vary from 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.


The Customer Service Supervisor requirements are as follows: 

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong commitment to providing outstanding Customer Service required
  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task
  • Must possess great leadership and customer service skills
  • Must possess good computer skills
