Call Center Representative
We are currently seeking a temporary Call Center Representative for our client in Lancaster, PA!
The temporary Call Center Representative will be responsible for:
- Supporting the cash management team
- Working directly with business online banking customers
- Working with product managers and product vendors to resolve any issues
- Escalating certain support issues to primary customer support personnel
- Other related duties as assigned
This is a long term, temporary position.
The temporary Call Center Representative requirements include:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ years of banking experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills (Call center experience a plus)
- Experience using MS Office products (MS Word, MS Excel etc)
