We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Administrative Assistant to manage daily office responsibilities!
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following:
- Answering phones
- Maintain office supplies
- Managing documents/filing
- Customer service
- Checking in Inventory
- Entering Data and working Peachtree software
- Entering data into Excel spreadsheets
- Helping pack boxes when needed
- Distributing mail
- Clerical tasks including photocopying, filing, printing, emailing, data entry

The Administrative Assistant MUST meet the following requirements:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent required
- Stable job history required
- 2+ years administrative experience
- Experience using Quick books, Peachtree Accounting, Sage 50 or MAS 90
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Type 45+ wpm
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
