We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in Lancaster, PA!
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Providing administrative support for various departments in the office
- Working closely with Customers to resolve issues
- Data entry, filing, faxing, photocopying etc
- Other related duties as assigned.
This is a full-time opportunity!
The Administrative Assistant requirements include:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ years of office experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiently in MS Office - especially MS Word & MS Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
