Administrative Assistant - Part Time
We are seeking a part time Administrative Assistant for our client in Mountville, PA!
The part time Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Answering phones and responding to email inquiries
- Coordinating with church Pastor about bulletins/newsletters, and typing them for distribution
- Updating social media and church website as needed
- Maintaining church records
- Other administrative duties as assigned
This is a part time, temp to perm opportunity.
The part time Administrative Assistant requirements are as follows:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in an office setting
- Proficiency in MS Office - especially MS Word & MS Excel
- Professional mannerism and a courteous disposition
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
