Job Description

Experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist needed for an on-site position with a manufacturing company in Lancaster, PA!

The A/R Specialist will perform the following duties:

  • Creating invoices
  • Making collection calls 
  • On boarding clients into the database
  • Preparing client credits
  • Additional administrative and other accounting duties as needed. 

 

 

Job Requirements

The A/R Specialist must meet the following criteria:

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks in a manufacturing industry is REQUIRED
  • 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Must be comfortable making collection calls 
  • Must be able to cross train in multiple functions 
  • Strong MS Excel experience
