Job Description

$18-$22/hour

We are seeking a career-minded individual for a full-time Accounting Clerk position in Lancaster, PA.        Work Schedule:   July through December - Monday through Thursday from 6am-4pm, Fridays off!

  • January through June- Monday through Friday from 7:30am-4pm

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for:

  • Balancing and reconciling accounts
  • Collecting and depositing checks
  • Posting payments
  • Handling cash and credit card payments
  • Auditing delinquent accounts
  • Preparing bank deposits
  • Accurately entering data into the computer system
  • Assisting customers in-person, over the phone, and via email

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
  • Ability to do repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to sit at a desk most of the time
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Detail oriented / Strong attention to detail
